At ProductsByUs, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it

  • It must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

If the item has been used, we can only offer a 50% refund

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Note: Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receiving the product. We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, plants, flowers)

  • Custom/personalized items

  • Personal care products (e.g. cosmetics, grooming kits)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards


Exchanges

Need to exchange an item?
The fastest method is to return the item and place a new order after your return is approved.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You’ll be notified of the approval or rejection

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method

Please note, banks or card providers may take a few days to process the refund.
